The roads that we have traveled
Ain't always been that easy
Lord knows we've both seen
Our share of troubles and trials
It's always hard to believe
We've made it this far together
But it's been worth every storm
That we have had to weather
It's been worth all the evenings
That we've sit and cried together
I know we both had our doubts
That we would ever make it
But deep in the back of our hearts
We both knew it all the while
love is not for quitters
So we kept ours going
And now as I look back
It's easy for me to say
It was "Worth Every Mile"
So I say say to you with all my heart
Without you in my life it would all fall apart
With you in my life I now feel whole
'Cause from day one , My heart you stole
I look back and never would have imagined
That me and you would have ever been together
Your in my thoughts every single day
So as I finish this poem to you
There's only one thing left to do
It's to say I've Loved You from the start
And all these words are from deep in my heart
And again to let you know
It was "Worth Every Mile"
