it actually IS possible to get real withdrawal from a drug by only taking it once

phenibut is the culprit this time. ive been doing phenibut pretty regulalry with no problems and only minimal rebound, ive been doing this to cope with my benzo withdrawal. but this time i overdosed. Ive been wrenching my guts out. also, i took it THREE days ago. im still a little high but now i feel the withdrawal setting in. i was pouring in sweat and have more anxiety today than ever, and i t isnt just my benzo withdrawal. i cant wait to see how im feeling tomorrow... Ive talked to people who said they got withdrawal from taking it for only 3 days so ive been careful not to take it more than 2 days in a row, but this time it lasted 3 days and im still high. im just barely coming down from it and i feel withdrawal. i dont know how much i took but it was A LOT. it was the most unfun nod ive ever had. i was struggling to stay conscious cause i was worried with my suboxone my cns would be too depressed. never again. be careful with this drug guys. i figured something that can be bought on amazon couldnt be this bad.

I think that its still just the benzodiazepines, not the phenibut. Phenibut is not that addictive. I've tried it plenty, for weeks on, and never have I felt a symptom of withdrawal.

you may not be as sensitive as me. ive had my doctor tell me things like that im the most sensitive person hes ever had as a patient/ the aspergers doesnt help. .125 sub got me uncomfortably high and .5 made me throw up. now im on 2 mg and i dont feel it. you can imagine how much fun ill have when i try to get off./
