Istanbul...heroin opioids stuff

Hi. I'm a new member here in bluelight, i was used to read it a lot but never posted. I know the rules but...sorry....i don't know elsewhere i could ask for this.
I am an heroin addicted, strictly smocked on foil but i have been smocking since many years. Now I am in istanbul (and i am not turkish) and there are no public rehab center here where i can find metadhone or bupre. I took with me some subotex pills hoping I could avoid to use drugs during this trip, but i have to stay here few more days and i don't know what can i do now because pills are finished. I am here for working and I really don't know how can I work in withdrawal conditions! Anyone can suggest me what can i do? Here people are strange: they all looks like pushers, also cops. It's quite impossible to understand who is involved in this stuff and i was also rubbed last day by a fucking kurdish who said me he could help me....and not a little robbery.... damn. Help me...

I'm afraid we won't be able to help you get drugs, my friend.

If you're trying to lessen your withdrawal symptoms for a couple of days, you should be able to get codeine of loperamide over the counter. I've never suffered from opiate withdrawals but I've heard addicts say that their symptoms have been lessened by taking codeine or loperamide.
