Misc Is zolpidem (ambien) bad for your memory?

Me too. Doctors are happier to hand out 28 10mg zolpidem than they are 10 5mg diazepam. Valium never made me have a conversation with a water bottle or scream at the top of my lungs that i "just want the next fucking ticket out of this station" at 4am in a friends house.

Heh, valium has done it's damage too. When I drink with valium, even very little, things just get exponentially worse and memory just disappears. Last time I drank on valium (10mg valium and two beers, that's it) I fell down the stairs. Many times before that have been consisted of tons of stuff I don't remember doing. I felt like a stranger was living with me when I was on daily benzos because I would never remember doing anything I saw done around my house.

I take ambien when I've been drinking all the time, and it's gravy.

pfft. I believe you & all but i think if there was a poll on who's acted out of character more oft on A diazepam or B zolpidem i imagine zolpidem would tower over diazepam in terms of i cant believe that was me last night.
