Opioids Is WDs From Roxacet Worse Than Other Opiates

I have a health problem right now and I'm in a lot of pain so I've been using roxacets a lot more than I used to when I just did them on the weekends. I'd only do one per night, not more than one, crushing them up and eating them. Lately I've been doing one four days in a row, then wait two days, then do them three or four days in a row, then not for two days. I've been doing this for the past three weeks or so. My question is that will I get withdrawal? I'm out now and probably won't get any for a little bit. I'm just kind of scared that I'll have withdrawal and I wanted to know if I'll get that and if so, how bad would it be?

Your thread title is a little misleading as you don't really seem to ask that question in your post. Anyways Roxicet contains oxycodone which has similar withdrawal symptoms to other full agonists like diamorphine, morphine, hydrocodone, etc.

You don't mention your dosage (I mean other than one pill - the mass) but the breaks in between daily usage and the relatively short period of 3 weeks means it likely won't be that bad. Perhaps mild flu like symptoms (muscle aches, diarrhea, head aches) for a day or two. If you pick up some loperamide at the drug store it will help if you need it but don't be worried.

I was taking 30 mg, crushing them up and like sort of licking up the powder or I'd crush it up in a napkin. I don't do them every single day but I've been doing them four to five days out of the week. I was using them only on the weekends for a while now but recently started doing them three, sometimes four days in a row, then I'd stop for two days then start up again. I've been doing that for about three weeks or so. I once, about two years ago used morphine as a way to help with some of my pain and I only did one a day for maybe three or four days in a row for like a week and I got nasty withdrawal, the bone aches were terrible. Is Roxacet withdrawal different from morphine withdrawal? I already have the pain from my health problem and I am such an idiot for using these more often (I was not prescribed them) but I'm worried I'm going to have those nasty bone and muscle aches again. This is such hell. I should have just stuck to doing them on the weekends. Is withdrawal the same for all opiates/opiods? Will this be like those morphine withdrawals?

Will this be like those morphine withdrawals?
Well I can't say for sure but it very well could be like the morphine withdrawal as their mechanism of action is pretty much the same. I'm just surprised if you used for four days and took two days off you didn't go into withdrawal then.
Is withdrawal the same for all opiates/opiods?
No, but for the similar half life full agonists (including morphine and oxycodone) I listed above pretty much.

You can check out this thread for info and what you can take to help with the symptoms, though it isn't quite completed yet The OD Opioid Withdrawal Megathread and FAQ. 30mg/d for three weeks with 2 day breaks here and there isn't that bad, but I'm comparing that to people who use 160mg/d for years or something so it won't be nothing either.

I mean I know I've had very mild diarrhea in the past from usage but what I'm mostly scared about is the muscle aches. That's what's freaking me out.

dude cmon, 30mg of oxy? there won't be any bad withdrawal; some minor aches and pains at most. it's psychological at this point, so my advice is to quit altogether.

I started an oxy binge for about a week and a half thinking I wouldn't get sick at all.

My habit was about 90mg-180mg a day, averaging about 120mg.

My tolerance grew so rapidly. Before this binge 30mg had me feeling a buzz. The first day of my binge I was really close to throwing up due to the nausea but I can fight off any type of nausea pretty well, even my friends comment on this so I held it all in. Regardless I kept taking more, even to the point where it got very unplesant.

Anyway today is my second day cold turkey and I've been pretty sick all day yesterday and today. Not to the point where I'm hugging the toilet and throwing up all day but I can assure you it wasn't enjoyable. Due to the short period of my binge I didn't think I'd withdraw at all, but I was wrong...

edit: my symptoms were those of a very bad flu. took a lot of temazepams, benadryl, nyquil, lot of vitamins and water to help me get through it. I think I'm now starting to feel better.

tollerance to any oxycodone rises fast, i used to be the type that 4-5 5/500 hydros would get me fuckin lifted to the point where i thought i was guna OD (LOL), now that shit doesnt even get rid of withdrawals. 2 years later...i gotta take a dose of roughly 90mg oxy just to catch a decent nod, about 60mg to get rid of my bulging disc pain or get rid of withdrawals without the help of subs. so figure if i got a good amount of oxy or money thats in the range of 180-270mgs a day. the withdrawals for me start the next morning, knees hurt, eyes tear, constant yawning......thank god for subs.

Sometimes I binge on Hyrdocodone for a week at 40-70mg a day for a week. I noticed slight withdraw (Slight muscle aches, Sneezing and yawning constanly and the shits!) I notice it goes away after 3-4 days.

I usually pick up lopermaide, and take 24mg's and then decrease ammount by 5mg's everyday. This helps with the withdraw symptoms I have and when I stop the lopermaide, I feel normal again.
