is valerian root and adderall safe? I feel very anxious and have no other options.

Hi, I was just wondering if taking valerian root and adderall is safe since valerian can moderately affect the GABA(A) receptors. Would this be dangerous if I took around 1500mg of valerian root, hops, and cbd? I use this daily but I've never taken it at the same time as adderall. Thank you for your time :D

It might reduce the effect of your adderall a bit, but there's no dangerous interaction from that combination.

Yes gabapentin should help calm things down and prepare your body for rest.
