Opioids Is tramadol useless for the opiate-tolerant?

Yes, it is useless for the tolerant as Tramadol is weaker than Codeine. The daily maximum for Tramadol is I believe 400mg depending on the condition and pain.

60mg equivalent of Oxycodone is about 500mg Tramadol in one shot. 500mg and up is also when the risk of seizure significantly increases.
 
Wow. I don't get anything from the trams anymore either, hence the high dose. Thanks for info I'm Def done with that shit
