Is this weed mouldy?

Ok so this just came into existence and I'm a bit apprehensive if I want it to stay in existence. These nuggets of bud are bone dry, really hard and has white bits in them. I thought it might have been sprayed but it doesn't appear so and I had a couple of small spliffs before I realised the white parts too. At first I though it was just poo weed but did the trick, however something didn't feel right. Though I'm also thinking that could be that I'm not trusting the weed so i'm a little on edge.

I've never encountered mouldy weed before and just looked it up now. So experts tell me:

Just chuck it or is it ok to consume? (I probably already know the answer but it'll be nice if it is me just being paranoid)

Sorry we don't do ID threads, and we've had problems with threads very like this before. It's difficult to judge from just a photo. My best advice is cut your losses, mold on trees is a death sentence. Don't feel to bad, I've lost ounces at once due to it.
