Yup that's called parachuting...well that's a version of parachuting. Traditional parachutes are made with either a crushed up pill or powder/crystal MDMA and wrapped up in tissue paper then swallowed. The paper acts as a time delay the capsule will do the same thing.

yep, as keaton said, very common, i generally use a cigarette paper to carry my goodness, generally if i snap a pill in half and i get a bit of powder aside i might chuck it in a paper for the next hit or so
