Is this Rhabdo or much worse?

Okay so my friend is convinced he gave himself Rhabdo and he says he thinks it’s because of these reasons and wanted me to ask around and see if it sounds legit or not:

* He is a heavy daily meth user
* He masterbates daily and his jerk off sessions are rather “aggressive”
* If not rhabdo he would want input as to whether or not it’s possible he might of gotten osteoporosis due to the everyday use of methamphetamine and his masterbation habits?

I told him to rule out the Rhabdo because he said he didn’t have the dark urine but does it matter or not because I thought the dark urine was the first indicator for rhabdo

Why does he think he has rhabdomyolysis if he doesn't have dark urine?

Why would he think osteoporosis? I believe that's asymptomatic until you break bones.

He probably needs to drink some water, take some vitamins and have a break from the stims.

Sorry, you don't get much worse than rhabdomyalisis. Muscle breaks down to myoglobin, and that fucks nephrons, in the kidney, leading to renal shutdown, often permanently.
