Heroin Is this really heroin

I've been on fentanyl for awhile by sniffing, switched to regular brown heroin but now I'm getting dizzy and passing out. What is going on. I switched to make the transition of quitting easier

Sounds like, like most heroin, it's a mix of a low purity heroin with fentanyl to make it seem like high purity heroin. It likely won't make the transition easier because in all likelihood you're still on fent, just now everything else the dealer throws in too. Was the fent at least pure?
