I think this experience has to do alot with my environment but i'm wondering if this is what plateau sigma is...i've succesfully had 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th plateau trips but i had an odd experience about 6 months ago i've always been wondering about.
Me and my girlfriend were at my house, i drank 300mg of dxm. about 30 minutes later I took 20 15MG Robitussin gel tabs. and about 30 minutes after that I took 20 more 15MG Robitussin gel caps. So a total of 900MG over the course of an hour.
About 5 minutes after taking the last 300MG of gel tabs i started to feel the initial effects of the dxm. Normal stuff..was watching tv and trying to smoke some cannabis, already had some strong motor impairment, barely could hold my pipe. Was a good HIGH 2nd plateau trip.
about an hour and a half after we smoked, My girlfriend helped me upstairs and we layed down in bed for a bit. I'd always be questioning myself, where am I? and didnt remember being in my house, although i knew i was with my gf and was having intense closed eye visuals of just me and her laying there, beaches, sunsets, etc.. Almost crossing over into a 4th plateu but not close enough.
About 30 minutes of this feeling i had to urinate pretty badly, i managed to get to the bathroom which was right by my door. I walked in, sat on the toilet (barely could stand up..). and turned on the light..then instantly..it was just.. a blackness. It felt as if i sat down, died, and was rebirthed into this utterblackness... I jumped wayyy past a 4th plateu trip.. "an eternal nothingness" Felt as i was in space or something, floating, with nothing. I was in this world of nothing for what felt like days, of just confusing thoughts, and voices... but with NO surrounding environment and no sense of reality what so ever. Almost like a timewarp of some sort, i cant even really explaoin the feeling.
Around 7am gf said she found me in the bathroom, eyes open, but not moving. She carried me to my bed (dont remember this, was still in this blackness).. Around 9:30-10:00am I think i fell asleep, i am not sure exactly what time it was..i woke up around 1PM. Woke up, was feeling a very high 2nd plateau and proceeded to have my girlfriend drive us back to her place. Sobered up through the next few days.
