Is this pill actually codeine?

mmmkay I met this chick today when I was chillin at a friends house, conversation worked it's way around to RX's and I mentioned that I didn't really like many RX's except for things like vicodin and codeine and she goes "I have some codeine if you want it" so I got this pill from her (I didn't buy it she just gave it to me)
I have no reason to doubt her, she certainly seems to know her shit but I just wanted to see if anybody could "confirm" this pill for me it's got a 4way split on the back and on the front it says "WYETH 27" so if anybody has any idea about this lemme know
