Is this enough time passed to take dxm?

I did codeine 3 1/2 hours ago, and I'm wanting to do about 450 mg dxm. Is this enough time passed to take it, or will there be bad side effects.

I would say you're fine, but just to be safe wait a bit longer for the codeine to wear off more. Since you took 420mg I would imagine your tolerance is at a level that you can manage. You should be fine to take the DXM once the codeine has worn off, I can't really give you a time table since everybody reacts to everything (codeine is a prime example of this) differently.

Your enzymes are probably still thoroughly depleted. You will still get a high from it, but the dxm with not convert as much to dxo, making the high different. Not necessarily bad, but different.
