is this dosage right?

doctor prescribed me with 70 mg vvyanse , told to take half of one for 4 days then take full. my friend said this was a high dose. in comparasion, i have an extreme benefit from 10 mg adderall IR. Ive had 20 before too which was actually better than 10, but i feel if i can get away with 10 i should just stick with it.

Do you think this 70 mg vvyanse dose might be too high for me who gets alot of benefit from a 10mg IR adderall.?


past stimulant experience- 10mg adderall IR around 5 or 6 times i think. 20mg one night. this is all within that past month
 
Yes it is a pretty high dose; but remember that vyvanse is not an IR product so the effect will be more muted and extended than you are used to. Also vyvanse is just d-amphetamine bonded in conjunction with lysine. Adderal is a mixture of 4 amphetamine salts. There are two racemic salts and two dexitory salts.
