Methylphenidate (concerta) + Alcohol 2 days in a row?
Is this safe? Would the does of methylphenidate have to be higher the second day?

No you should be fine. When ingested with alcohol, methylphenidate metabolizes to ethylphenidate which increases it's absorption, causing it to be released more rapidly. While Concerta is a C2 narcotic, it is probably the least worrisome of any C2 as far as tolerance an abuse, relatively speaking.

i GUESS not, i never done MPH two days in a row but i don't think its tolerance sets up so quickly. do your normal dose and if that doesn't do it for you simply take more.

i love MPH + alcohol too btw

If you slept just fine the first night the doses would be the same. Tolerance will not occur that fast unless you stay up.

Thanks everyone!
I've seen someone say its bad to redose concerta, Is that even true?

It really isn't anymore dangerous than redosing with other prescription stimulants and the likelihood of ridiculous sleep deprivation is less because it doesn't last as long.

I wouldn't advise you to combine benzodiazepines with booze, you could always just drink more. Usually klonopin does work for sleep though I have not tried it myself. The combo with booze may black you out depending on the amount of concerta still in your system, you could always start early in the day so it is not necessary. If the alcohol has worn off and you are still tweaking hard it might be fine though.
