Is this cwe taste normal?

So I just did my first cwe using 16 500mg paracetamol tablets each containing 15mg codeine, after I filtered it the water was almost clear (good sign I presume?) however upon tasting it it was still quite a potent paracetamol taste. Is this normal or was the cwe unsuccessful?

I've never noticed Paracetamol to have a taste.

Although Codeine has a extremely strong bitter taste, so even if Paracetamol did have a taste I'm certainly surprised you found it over the bitterness of codeine.

what does paracetamol taste like? if the fluid tastes bitter thats the opiates not para

how much water did you use. theres always going to be some para left in the solution, but as long as you're using less than 150ml and the water is cold you should be fine. as stated above, the bitterness is probably just the codeine.
