I have a lower back pain that started about 3 hours ago with no trauma and I've had little activity the past few days.
I didn't know if this was back pain from a rapid benzo withdrawl I started 3 weeks ago. I haven't had any benzos (or other drugs what so ever except cannabis) in something like 24, 25 days.
About three hours ago right above my ass, at the bottom of the back it started to hurt. I do jog/run/basketball but I haven't in several days (been being a daddy) and I haven't injured myself in ANY WAY I can think of.
I googled for back pain and saw some people reported similar symptoms about a month after they discontinued benzos.
Halp plz?
