Benzos Is this a good starting dose?

Alright so I have 70mg of Temazepam.
I'm a 5'1 female, 118 lbs, and am not a lightweight.

I've never taken benzos before (apart from last night but i'll get to that) so I have basically no tolerance.
Last night I only had 10mg Temazepam to help me sleep, was the first time I ever took it.

I'll also possibly be having 60mg to 300mg of codeine, depending on how much I can find.. Will be using cold water extraction for those.

first off never ever underestimate prescription pills
^^^^yup if you mix that you are asking for trouble if you take to much highly advise against it but it seems like you're gonna do it anyway
doesn't matter if you're a male 6ft 200 lbs if you have no tolerance you need to start small and assess how you do

Take them separately, there's no need to mix them if you don't have a tolerance and it could be dangerous (even lethal...)

Start with a low dose of codeine if it's your first time or you could have an unpleasant experience, 80-140mg is a safe recreational dose if you're not allergic. (some people have unusual reactions to codeine or are very good metabolisers so consider starting with a therapeutic dose)

Do the same with temazepam, work your way up until you find your ideal dose. 70mg seems like a little too much for someone with no tolerance IMO

i was thinking the same 70mg is high all at once but i can only assume she has 70mg total 7x 10mg pills

Last night I took 300mg of codeine, then an hour later the 70mg of temazepam, and then around 3 hours later another 300mg, so a total of 600.
Woke up with nausea and stomach pains but they're gone now so should I be worried?

The reason I'm asking is because I didn't plan to take the extra 300mg of codeine, but the benzos made me like lose my inhibitions and I think I may have taken a maximum of 5000mg of paracetamol because I can't remember whether I extracted it right whilst high, I saw a cup with remainders of paracetamol inside but I can't remember if I filtered it properly in the state I was in..

well lesson learned if you had stomach issues it's a clear sign that you over did it
be thankful you woke up
we advised you not to mix them and i stated if you did, start small and wait to see how you did but apparently our advice went out the window
if the pain subsided and no other ill effects from that pill concoction then no need to worry... i wouldnt anyway
but head to the hospital if you feel it necessary
always remember no matter how much of a badass you think you are never underestimate any prescription pill respect it and it'll respect you right back

guess i was wrong about 7x 10mg pills lol that alone is pretty dam high then adding in everything else into the mix
in all honesty not here to lecture you but if you are gonna use stuff like that for rec use there is no need to go over board i mean if anything you'll black and do stupid shit like stealing in your case lol and for what? just a bunch of pills wasted and especially if you dont remember anything then what was the point?
idk benzos really dont have much rec use for me as they are unpredictable when mixing them with other pills or alcohol many of them do not offer a high of any sorts
if anything they are badass when dealing with the come down i like to drink and they are perfect for hangovers

Think I learnt my lesson from it at least, was a waste of pills definitely.
And I'm aware I need to sort my mentality out, I have this compulsion to do stupid risky shit like this
