is this a dengerous coctail?

I have been doing this cocktail about once a month and wonder what the severity of it is i mix eithrt vicoden or 1-2mg of bupe with 50mg of promethazine 20-30 mg of baclofen and a few fioricets.

Well, there's a thread going around BBD about coming butalbital (the barbiturate in Fioricet) with other downers, caution should be exercised when combining it with opiates as well....[Yes, I am aware of Fioricet with Codeine, I used to be scripted it).

I think the vicodin is wasted with that amount of buprenorphine, but that's just me. The promethazine is fine.

I would nix the fioricets and baclofen if possible. If you've been doing it for a while I'm sure you've got tolerance to all the drugs in question.

I'm also wondering about total APAP consumption, vicodin has APAP, as to the fioricets. Just something to think about...

^Excellent concerns. Be careful not to over do it on the acetaminophen and combining all of those CNS depressants always has risks.

Correct, that is a lot of acetaminophen and mixing barbiturates with opiates can be quite dangerous...as this is a harm reduction site.

All of that seems like a waste of time on top of not being very safe.

You would likely feel better with just the opiates.....
