Opioids Is this a bad idea while going through withdraws?

Hello guys and gals...

I have a quick question. Someone I know does opiates quite often. He started off with Hydrocodones and was taking about 50-60mg of those. Then he moved on to Heroin. He's currently going through a minor withdraw. It's bearable and he can function but he's got the stomach cramps and its annoying as hell. He's about 3 days clean but want's to take one 10mg Hydrocodone to relax his stomach... Question is: Is this a bad idea? Will this kick the withdraws back in? If so will it kick them in harder? Thanks!

I would try something else first.
Fresh ginger tea, peppermint tea, or something specifically for stomach cramps from the pharmacy.

Man he's tried all that. Tums/Tea/Pepto. Just tends to give a 5 minute relief

It will extend the length of withdrawals, it's not going to help.
