I am a female in my 20's.

I don't think about sex very often and I don't get what the fuss about it is. Everyone says its so fun and always on their mind. I could do without it and only do it to please my guy. I have had an orgasm by clitoris and it feels great. Intercourse is okay. Its not really pleasurable.

I am in love. My partner loves sex and thinks about it all the time. He compares me to porn and how I don't enjoy it and crave it like other girls. Is there something wrong with my brain? We argue a lot over the subject.

Do girls really enjoy penetration as much as perceived? If so, how do I get this pleasure. Is there something I can take or do to make my libido go up?

Im sure theres more answers to your question but ill answer the things you can take for libido. If you want to go the herbal route i would suggest Maca root powder. Health food stores like Wholefoods carry it. Thats the single most important sexual herb i would recommend because i know most ppl dont like taking things. Google it though. Read up. The stuff really works. I know, Ive taken it for years. Hope that helps somewhat because like i said theres definitely more issues with your dilemma. Im just trying to help :-)

It sounds like you need to find someone with more of a quiet libido, like yours. I can only see mad problems coming up from this - especially if he's already comparing you to PORN STARS!! FUCK! I would feel like shit right now if I was you.

Nothing wrong with having a small libido, but if you wanna try having a go of it, before moving onto the next person, then looking up dietary changes to enhance your libido is a good idea.

he sounds ignorant. sorry if this is too personal a question, you absolutely don't have to answer as it's none of my business, but do you masturbate? you might find that if you find out what you love, you can tell him what to do and you might enjoy sex more.

Do you really dislike penetration? If not then why not just do both?

If you were having orgasms during sex (since you have had them with clit stimulation), do you think you would think about it more? And want to do it more? I was recently with a girl 10 years younger than me (I am 31, relax!). She was like you, had had a few orgasms when she masturbated, never really enjoyed sex except for the feeling of being close with her partner, and making him happy. After going down on her a bunch of times, and telling her to pleasure herself (via her clit) while I was fucking her, she had a few little orgasms, and when she didn't cum still enjoyed the act more than she had before. And she started to masturbate a lot more too, and have crazy orgasms while doing that, And she had already given up on herself as someone who would just never really like sex! At 22! Well she seems to like it enough now (albeit not with me anymore, LOL).
So make him go down on you, figure out what gets you off, how it gets you off, and demand that your partner fulfill that need. Another question? Do you find yourself sexy? It sounds weird, but if you can't turn yourself on, I think it is much harder for anyone else to either...

I really didn't enjoy sex until I found a good partner. I start to really crave it badly after long periods without it, which is now. lol I think once you find a match for your sexual needs, it hits you like a light bulb and you think "Oh, that's what I was missing!" lol That didn't happen to me until 27.

I'm a guy, but was still in a similar situation not long ago. There were times where I didn't particularly enjoy my sexual encounters as much as I felt like I should have, and I wasn't turned on nearly as often as the girls I'd been involved with. I still enjoyed having an orgasm and sexuality in general, but it just didn't occupy my mind as much as it seemed to for other people. It was only recently when I became involved with a girl and really connected with her that way, that my libido really became more active. She and I no longer fool around, but she definitely opened me up sexually. You might just have a very "picky" libido, rather than a low libido. It's a matter of finding the right person to connect with that way. It's definitely worth the wait when you do.
