Is there really much of a difference between brand name T3s and the generic/cheap T3s

People seem to say that the generic/cheap ones are no good, and the brand name ones are the only ones worth taking. In my experience they both seem to have the same effect. They both have the exact same contents 30mg codeine and 325 APAP. So whats the deal?

The only way to know would be to check the full ingredients list - both active and inactive. Beyond that, it's psychosomatic at best.
