is there is any drugs with benzodiazepines like effect other than barbiturates and other popular Anxiolytic sedatives

Etizolam isn't the only of that group, they are called Thienodiazepines. Then there's the old school stuff like chloral hydrate, Quaalude, ghb, ...

Go to wikipedia and look for GABA agonists.

Gabapenton won't be nearly as strong as benzos, but it activates most of the same GABA receptors ("Gaba"penton, right?). Henceforth the reason it is prescribed as an anti-anxiety med, although it totally sucks IMO.

Black53 was right on target when he mentioned alcohol / GHB.

what are you're purposes for taking something like a benzo?
I'll help you out. Let me know whats up? i'm here all day not moving an inch unless they cut the net off.

Nope, sorry can't help ya, and cyproheptadine is one of the drugs that is used in hospitals to treat a very serious medical condition.

you are just asking what to take to get high.

Someone please close this.

cyproheptadine is a type of antihistamine if i remember correctly, i was prescribed it when i was really young for something.. all i know is it is usually used as an appetite stimulant. But i take hydroxyzine for anxiety which is also a antihistamine, a stronger one which actually has anti anxiety properties without the risk of dependence and is not abusable.. but neither are like benzos nor will give you a benzo like feeling but they might help with anxiety without the negative affects of addiction and withdrawals and shit.
Maybe you should look into it, maybe even just a med to sedate you a little bit will ease anxiety, again gonna recommend another couple antihistamines.. diphenhydramine or doxylamine.. doxylamine actually does actually reduce some anxiety to an extent and does sedate you but not to the point where you cant function.. unless you take too much.
Wikipedia said:
..It is also the most effective over-the-counter sedative available in the United States and is more sedating than some prescription hypnotics. One study found that doxylamine succinate was more effective than the barbiturate phenobarbital for use as a sedative.

Good luck, but a word from someone who is struggling with opiate, benzo, and a slight alcohol problem, avoid addictive substances as much as you can.

If you dont heed that warning and you do get into addiction somehow and can't get an out.. im the hindsight saying "I told you so.."

Here's some info on the Cyproheptadine Dunno mentioned: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyproheptadine

thanks very much for your help i hade my self tramadol addiction about 6 years ago i'm soper for all these years i can't say i don't miss the awesome opioid feeling but i'm over it now and as i said i'm trying to lose the anxity without another addiction thanks for all your help

Bluelight isn't here to recommend drugs for you to take.

Talk to a doctor or therapist to get help with your anxiety. You shouldn't self medicate. Anything that has an effect similar to benzodiazepines will also be habit forming.
