Opioids Is there anyway to make the codeine high last longer?

I love codeine, but the high only seems to last a short time like a hour tops. Is there anyway i could make the high last longer? maybe by taking a few potentiators? Also, since codeine saturates the CYP2D6 do i have to wait 12 or 14 hours before i can take another dose. Cheers.

Codeine doesnt last as long as the other opiates. As far as potentiating goes, I would assume taking tums 30 minutes before hand. I prefer 350mgs of Soma with it, it helps.

Does this infer that there is a beneficial change in stomach PH to help absorption and availability of codeine?
