I've tried both an its cool to experience the differences between heroin and heroin lol be it the 6 mam or whatever they make for a very different high in my opion. Not sure the powder I had was the best tho.

I agree with some of the above posters, its special and I am extremely happy if
a) they show up when they are supposed to (rarely)
b) when they get there they actually have what they said they would, whether it be amount or product
c) it is legit and at a decent price

I used to get a "product replacement guarantee" with meth/heroin. Kind of like "if the guy I'm having work for me shorts you, let me know and I'll find a new pawn for my chessboard"... sort of thing.
Not a lot of people can manage to employ people for their biz in that sense if you will, and only some drugs (i.e. meth/heroin) are profitable enough to do that sort of thing.
The FEW times something like this happened (heroin) - the dude would give me exactly what I already paid for. Why? He saved most of his client list; most people would say "nah fuck that whack shit" and just find the next dealer, know what I mean? Yeah.
If I didn't get a free bag for what I was missing I wouldn't have been so loyal... but damn, if they don't fill your fries full I doubt the big fast food businesses really care to be perfectly honest.

In that same spirit, my pharmaceutical dealer (my mom&pop pharmacy) delivers my scripts on time through their delivery system, and faxes Dr offices for painless refilling. Also, they tend to have the best generics available for the specific Rx. Also, my pharmacy gets paid by my parents PPO health insurance plan, but that runs out in 3 years... time to get on Suboxone before my insurance runs out, methinks
These are all things my weed dealer (local MMJ dispensary) sorely lacks... 8) still waiting for health insurance to start considering paying for herbal MMJ scripts
As far as the MMJ dispensary doing things to make their product special, though, they always overweigh eighths to 3.7-4.2 grams, and sometimes throw in a free gram joints of top-shelf, all while providing very decent prices and close proximity... that's good enough for me!
