This is due to the high concentration of cars in the city which causes a high air pressure and if cars in the city reached 110km/h, you would hearing nothing but a constant popping sounds on the streets.
 
Why on EARTH can't some women look in the mirror and see what an outfit looks like before heading out the door?????

Seriously, they can't see the belly hanging out over their low-rider jeans?? They can't see the bulging ankles over their tiny little sandles?? They can't see this shit?

^^ A lot of get sold off cheap at factory outlets and big warehouse sales.

I would imagine that there would still be a fair amount left over though, so I have no idea what happens to them. :\
 
Do they send the clothes to Oxfam? I doubt it. Maybe they recycle the material.

and I have REALLY always wanted to know why airline stewardesses are called stewardesses.
 
Some definitions of the title "Steward"

# someone who manages property or other affairs for someone else
# the ship's officer who is in charge of provisions and dining arrangements
# an attendant on an airplane
# shop steward: a union member who is elected to represent fellow workers in negotiating with management
# custodian: one having charge of buildings or grounds or animals

The "ess" on the end only applies to the famale variety.

#Care only for themselves and not people and the world around them
I just dont understand why some people are like this and want to know why?

People hate because they are angry or someone has done something to them or sumthin along those lines.

People fight for many reasons such as a disagreement, being stolen from, drunkness etc.

Wars occur for many reasons, much like fighting. Mostly out of greed eg oil in iraq, land like the anzac war, and then because of reasons such as when hitler was killing jews people had a war to stop that, or when russia put nukes in cuba ther was almost a war because of that.

People only care for themself because they are selfish and caring for the rest of the world mite not help them.



There is no one answer for these questions, u have phrased them as a generalisation like there is one reason for each, but each fight, war, person is unique with unique circumstances so therefore the reasons for the occurence of each one is unique and ur question can not be answered properly.
 
I phrased my question that way so you can make your own judgement on why people act this way, there is no rite or wrong answer to this just an opinion and I welcome that :)

i doubt it too. maybe they burn it? i heard about this high fashion designer who burns all his pieces that don't get sold so as to avoid fakes being made and his stuff becoming more accessible to the general public. whatttt an idjiot.

anyway, i really can't believe that that'd actually burn it as that seems a little excessive; but at the same time i doubt they’d recycle it all either. we live in a *waste* society, not a 'do your bit to save the planet' kind of one unfortunately.

hmmm, i have no idea. it's a little distrurbing to think that they'd just throw it all out though.
 
Why makes the flavour BBQ?
BBQ chips, BBQ sauce.

What do they do?
Have a massive Barbie with shitloads of meat and grilled onions, pulverise it, grind it into little particles of flavour and wallah, BBQ flavour?
 
hmm i dont think there is rules but i always do it, sumthin not quite rite about using unwahsed toothpaste.
 
just started not using water, doing my lil bit for the environment. heavy water restrictions! just was wondering about it the other day whether or not it is better for your teeth to wet or leave as is.
 
^^ they should make slightly runny toothpaste. Sounds like there's a market for it! ;)

Brush your teeth in the shower, t'is what I do.

I've always wondered about that too. And BBQ flavouring tastes NOTHING like barbecued meat. Like Chicken flavour tastes fuck-all like Chicken.

You've got to use water at some stage in the process - the whole point of brushing is to dislodge debris from the teeth, so if you don't flush it away what's the point? It just stays there. Nasty. The water at the start helps the foaming action, too, so the ingredients in the toothpaste can properly do their job.
