is there anything you ALWAYS WANTED TO KNOW?

^^^ Philips has just released a new 2000W metal halide lamp, which has a luminous efficacy of 100 lumens per watt of energy. they have a max of around 12000hrs and can operate between -30 to 55 degrees celsius ambient air temperature and cost up to 550 pounds per light. Hope that answers everyones questions on metal halide lamps
 
so basically i need a really good powered slingshot

but to stay on topic:
why is it that almost all ppl with curly hair wish they had straight hair and almost all ppl with straight hair wish they had curly hair.
is it a coincidence, or the desire for something you dont have or... it bugs me when i sleep

if always wanted to know is the same as have been wondering for the last 3 minutes, then this is on topic.

when you have a bolld test at the doctors, do they automatically test you for STD's and the like, or do you have to specifically ask?
 
We say:
" I'm just chillin' ", to explain that we are relaxing, hanging around, etc. etc.

What I've always wanted to know was...

What do the eskimo's and those that live in the arctic say when they're relaxing and hanging around?
Do they say: "We're just heating up" ?
I have always wanted to know...
One day I shall make a trip to the arctic to find out.
And meet some Polar-Bears and take home a meth-penguin.
And ride back home on a magic-carpet.

i've listened to the cd twice, all i hear is Ma$e 2.0 (now with bullet holes). WHAT AM I MISSING!? im pretentious and snobbish about music too, help.

Chilling, cooling down meaning relaxing is literally the muscles cooling down from not doing movement, exercising etc. Whether you be in the simpson desert or artic, you'd be cooling down (however so slightly or greatly) by relaxing as your muscles are doing less work and therefore generating less heat (than while moving)

If you want to be tested for STDs (or anything for that matter - cholesterol levels, iron levels, liver function etc) you need to specifically ask for that test. There's no generic test that assesses everything.

If it helps, just ask your doctor for a full STD work up - he/she may ask about lifestyle factors etc and might enquire as to why you want to be tested (this is just to obtain adequate information so they'll test you appropriately).

The female reproductive tract is made up of connective tissue - an amazing thing! It provides support during pregnancy but when ready to give birth, hormones are produced which enable the connective tissue to stretch and contract to move the foetus along the birth canal.
 
Not an extremely complicated question and an easy one to answer - Girls is the voice in your head when you are thinking about things female?

Mine is definately male though it sounds nothing like my real voice...
 
^^i'd never thought about it until then and even now i'm not sure. it's just a "voice" really, i'm not sure what it sounds like as i can't hear it. i assume it's a female voice though, or maybe just a pre-pubescent male!

yes there are aliens.
even if we exclude the generalistic definition of the word "alien," and therefore not include a person owing allegiance to a country other than that in which he resides.
aliens- as in beings from outerspace, or more specifically microbes, have been transported to earth contained within meteors.
