I took methadone today, just for recreation. Its fun and feels good and everything but I've had not a great deal of nausea, but enoug nausea to not feel so amazing. Pretty much wheenever I drink something or eat something I will projecticle vomit the liquid out or throw up whatever else I might've eaten. Is there anything I can take around the house or something that will help the nausea?

Ive read somewehre that meatmucil could help, but I dont see how. Anyone have any ideas please?

The only thing I can think of that might help a little is Dramamine or some ginger root. Maybe a little weed might help?

unfortunately i dont have dramamine or ginger root :/ ill drink ginger ale and try smoking see if that helps, any other advice?

Antihistamines are definitely the way to go. First generation antihistamines such as promethazine, pheniramine (including it's halogenated analogues), diphenhydramine, etc...

Second generation antihistamines such as cetirizine or loratadine don't cross the Blood Brain Barrier (BBB), so are not useful for reducing nausea.

In the past I've had metaclopramide and other of what I believe are D2 antagonists (correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not chemist), and they worked very well for opiate nausea. I'm not sure if you can get anything scripted, but I've heard that promethazine works pretty well too.

Promethazine is on a script there? Here you can get it OTC, some pharmacies are strict about handing it out though.

And you are correct about the D2 antagonist activity.

^ It works, but not as well as the first generation antihistamines I find. Also, if I'm already experiencing nausea then ginger doesn't usually help, if I use it as a prophylactic though it can be useful.

How much did you take? I would say weed, antihistamines could knock you out for the duration, especially if you tolerance is low
