Opioids Is there anybody else here on ultra potent opioids like nitazenes?

Street fentanyl doesn’t count. If you were around for the fentalogue era of RCs (or the era of pure fentanyl HCl via “darker” means) you know what I mean.

I currently use between 30-70 mg of protodesnitazene per week on top of my daily buprenorphine. I can break through and nod without worrying about re-induction on bupe this way. I’d be using much more protodesnitazene if I weren’t actively keeping my tolerance in check, though my few days of only bupe aren’t the most pleasant. I have to double or triple my dose sometimes.

Just checking to see if anybody here was in my shoes. Literally no other opioids will touch me, they haven’t in years. It’s a bit frightening at times, and I feel foolish. I know it’s all my own doing though.

Even a heroin user has it miles better than this shit. It seems like nowadays nobody’s in the same situation as me. At least ten years ago there were other poor bastards who had stupidly gotten dependent on fentalogues like I did as well. There’s literally no one left, it seems.

Is there anything out there that you could use to start reducing your tolerance with? Maybe that’s a silly question. I apologize if it is.
I was never into RCs.
I’m on subs for iv opioids (dilaudid mainly).. but I understand your addiction is on a whole different level than mine was.

I think it’s fair to say a lot of people got involved with that stuff whether they truly realized what they were doing or not. They still do. It can’t be easy… :(

The only thing is to just reduce my dose, maybe get a hold of SR-17018. But that stuff is rather useless for the point that I’m at currently.

Still though, thanks for your compassion and kindness!

No but I used to.
My roommate once ordered 250 mg of isotonitazene. We received a bag labelled "etonitazene", so considerably more potent than expected. That was a crazy time. I puked pretty often and once got slapped back into existence by said roommate. That we both survived this episode was a small wonder I'd say. I really can't recommend moving up to zenes. The 250 mg would last us one or two weeks.

I then went on kratom (one 10 grams dose a day) after running out. I sure didn't feel this dose but it completely kept withdrawals away. My roommate on the other hand didn't use kratom and ended up in considerable withdrawals. After a few days on 10 grams of kratom my tolerance had lowered by itself to the point that I could feel 10 grams again and I jumped off with no issues.

Probably not too helpful in your situation with bupe and all but this was my experience getting into (and out of) zenes.
 
My heart goes out to you. Heroin addiction kicked my ass enough. I don't know how you manage it at such an advanced level. What kind of pipeline led you there? Did you start on the RC opioids and tolerance went up and just kept going up?
 
Nitazene and Fentanyl opioid drugs were invented in the 50s.

Fentanyl has a therapeutic market and has been in clinical use since the 60s.

The nitazene class of drugs, due to their low range of therapeutic effect did not have any real potential as a preferential treatment in clinical practice, and generally were only used again in the black market.

From what I recall, fentanyl and it’s analogues are more difficult to synth.

The benzimidazol opioids are very simple, with some being a two step synthesis.
