Is there any way to get high off of just 5mg of hydrocodone?

I have only been up to 25mg, and it has worked plenty fine for me. 10 gives me a slightly euphoric feeling. Could I use a certain potentiator, or maybe use a certain method? I only have this one 5/500 pill left. Thanks.
 
Crush it into fine powder and grab a pitch at a time and put it in ur rear end or put the powder in a capsle and stick it up should dissolve
 
Would snorting help at all? I know some people have different reactions to snorting it. I know the acetaminophen isn't nice on the nose, but still.
 
Lol im joking dont do that I feel like a dick for saying that but ya u can sniff it but all the filters in the pill aren't good for your nose it isnt worth it your better off popping it buddy unless you had more than a dozen of them you could do cold water extraction very easy
 
If you can take all that chalky powder than yes sniffing it will be better than popping it I personally wouldnt like my nose clogged with crap
 
I snorted it, just because. Not that bad, but like I assumed, it didn't produce any high. The only thing that seemed to happen was I has goopy white crap running down my nose, probably acetaminophen. It tasted like crap, snorting it. Like, how you taste that bitter crap when snorting a big line. But anyways, I might do that with a few more pills another time. It's crazy how much powder can come out of those things.
 
Yup. Don't snort Tylenol.

Look at those numbers. There was one hundred times more Tylenol in that pill than hydrocodone. By snorting it you probably ensured that none hit your nasal membranes, just because of the sheer volume of powder.

Next time just save it til you have more, or take something to potentiate it. (Or just swallow it, you would have felt it more that way)
 
only chance you have of getting high off 5mg is oral on an empty stomach and you must have 100% virgin receptors. The fact you've done 25mg probably ruins that for you. Long ago when I had my first script of 5/500 vicodins, I got a nice high popping one at a time but it would only happen about 1 out of 3 times, usually on the morning dose when my stomach was empty.
 
Yeah, I didn't expect much from snorting. But you did make a lot of sense, Monk. Too much tylenol. Would hydocodone by itself, no Tylenol in it, be able to produce a high from snorting?

yes that's the stuff you actually snort. Never snort stuff with APAP. Most stuff a doctor will prescribe a normal patient will contain APAP, unless you're in severe pain or can find something more like 30mg oxys. Hydro always has apap unless there's a pill I don't know about. But oxy/hydro same thing to the untrained eye/user. Hearing about people snorting percocets makes me *Facepalm*, considering how effective it is oral. I'll give you a pass on the facepalm tho, since you didn't know better.
 
Never snort things with apap or ibuprofun, any compound products, ever. Roxis only.

You should have crushed it up and parachuted it and you might have actually felt it on an empty stomach with your low of tolerance.

I'd lay off for a bit anyway to avoid tolerance / addiction.

if you wanted to try the nasal route you still should have done a cold water extraction and snorted the water, or let the water evaporate and snorted the pure(r) hydrocodone left over. No matter what, with that small of an amount you were gonna need to get rid of the acetaminophen and likely have a liquid product to ingest as to speed up absorption... Don't just snort shit with acetaminophen, it makes you look like a newb....

This is correct. No one has confirmed the type of abuse protection though. Most likely similar to 1st gen OxyContin though.

More importantly however is that snorted hydro isn't really more effective than oral (even moreso than with oxy). It also has a much stronger histamine reaction, which discourages abusive use.



/snip/ Do not inject CWE hydrocodone.

Doing a CWE isn't a bad idea, but not really necessary with that little (good for consuming large amounts without the tylenol).

garcian, please don't ever recommend that someone begin injecting opiates. That's terrible advice on a number of levels.

I took a quick look at the prescribing guide. The pills are described as capsules with little balls - it didn't mention any particular "abuse-proof" system.

But then again, a good way to gobble up market share (and be at the receiving end of an 800 million $ suite) is to make them addictive as hell. IE the balls can easily be crushed - though I doubt they are.

My guess is they're going to use the same system as Kadian (Morphine ER).
