I'm not sure what you mean exactly... But, in the case of buprenorphine overdose, it is very hard to treat since the binding affinity of bupe is so great. Using nalaxone to get the bupe off your receptors is very ineffective. Luckily it is hard to OD on subs, but if an opiate naive person managed to OD on them it would be very tough to get them out of "the sleep"..
Maybe you can re-phrase your question, as I am not exactly sure hwat you wwant to know. Are you trying to ask what can you do to get bupe out of your receptors faster, so you can dose your drug of choice sooner, and feel it better? If so, I don't think there is much you can do that wouldn't cause you more pain in teh process.
