is there any such thing as a quad stack ecstasy pill?

around m town there is talk about a quad stack, ive had trip stax but never quads. are they even real?

Things being "stacked" is nothing but people hyping up their own product far beyond what it actually is.

MDMA is MDMA unless its not MDMA. A test kit is usually more trustworthy than your dealer or their product.

I have on seldom few occasions received MDMA in the form of pressed pills.

I wouldn't even buy from someone who tried to convinced me that their pills were 4 times as strong as something else. It begs the question, a quad stack in relation to what? What the hell is a stack in the first place? If its even MDMA in the pill I would benefit much more from an estimation of how many mg are in each one.

when a pill is referred to as being double or triple stacked its being inferred that it is stronger due to the fact it is a much more generous size/height. Do not buy into the slang of "stacked" its total rubbish..

Remember all it takes for a decent high from mdma is 80 - 150 mg

As others have said, there is no such thing as a "stack", and the size of a pill is no indication of strength or contents. I feel this is resolved, and will just go in circles.
