Bupe Is there a way to Extract Bupe from Suboxone!

I find 60mg of DXM and 50mg of diphen (not 25) along with 4mg loperamide like a half hour beforehand potentiate bupe the best. Also, be advised, rectal bupe is not necessarily better than sublingual bupe BA wise.

I wouldn't necessarily take clonidine with it either, but I honestly never tried that in particular.

EDIT: My girl has been on suboxone for almost 3 years now, and has reduced her dose from 16mg to 2mg, and if she takes 60mg DXM she will legit nod.

intrarectal is 54% BA
sublingual is 30% BA
I IV THEM WITH DIPHEN but I might have to try the dxm thing im on 12 mg a day but only take 3 at the max

^ Yeah but some studies have found rectal bupe to be much lower than that, it seems to vary QUITE A BIT from person to person.

But you know your body best, do whatever works for you.
