Benzos Is there a tolerance effect when inhibiting enzymes for potentiation?

I am currently using an inhibitor for increased valium effects. I was just curious if this becomes less effective (or more effective?) Over time.

Obviously benzo tolerance will kick in, but I'm talking about potentiation.

I'm using prilosec by the way (responsibly, therapeutic doses). Also dual purpose for the acid reflux.
