Is there a solution to getting resin on lips after smoking bongs

I smoke bongs everyday, with just a tiny bit of tobacco and a bunch of weed. I cleaned my bong last night with acetone and Epsom salts so it looks brand new in an effort to stop getting resin on my lips after I smoke it. To the point I keep paper towel near by because I have to wipe my mouth and there's a lot of resin there, even more now that I've cleaned it ! I have a foot tall glass bong I bought for cheap at a gas station. I don't understand . I know I had this issue when I smoked bongs in the past, I just started up again, bit I don't remember it being so bad and I decided to make an account and post on here because surely there has to be a solution to this ? It's so gross
