Is the addictiveness of blow exaggerated?

I do have quite the addictive personality, but more recently I've been able to keep it under control, I can do MDMA or ketamine say, and not crave it (but prior to having this under control, even weed was somewhat of a habit, I still tend to smoke it every day, but not to the same extent really, and it's usually just a couple poppers; I think my only true addiction is tobacco. Is the addictiveness of cocaine exaggerated, if someone offered me a line and I accepted it, would I be begging for more; or is it easy to just not think about if you try, like I can with E?

depends how cut your blow is, depends how much you like blow, depends what your access to blow is, depends how much it costs for you to get blow, depends how much you make a week, depends how unhappy you are with life, etc

IMO the addictiveness is mildly overrated, but not by much.

Cocaine is extremely addictive and though you may not be "begging" for more after the line, but you'd certainly be wanting one.
And after the next couple of times you'd likely be finding it increasingly difficult to not "beg" for more.

Have fun, be safe.

I don't really thing coke is additive, My personal experience and opinion is that its all in your head. It may seem real at the time, but there are no real physical withdrawls..,

Coke addiction is in your head

Innit. Tis where all the lovely chemicals swirl about!

Yes, coke is a addictive, even if it doesn't produce withdrawals. If you don't think coke is addictive go meet some crackheads!

The first time you do it, depending on quality and size of your line/bump. You probably won't feel the buzz. Everyone is different but most people say they didn't feel it. Cocaine has a very addictive chemical I forget the name. With high amounts (less cut) it can be highly addictive ex: crack cocaine the purest form. Unless your going to be getting "fish scale" powder then you'll be able to kick the habit and do it when u want to. To be honest once your done with your session it leaves you pissed off wishing u had more. Drink a beer take a shot and you'll be golden pony boy.

Cocaines a hell of a drug.

Every time I've ever used coke I regretted it. As soon as it wears off you just want more, and I don't even like the effects since I get anxiety. I don't even like to be around people using it because it usually ends up with people begging/arguing over the stuff. When it's gone, it leaves a foul mood that can be fixed by... just a bit more cocaine.
It's a crappy overrated drug in my opinion.

IV cocaine is the most addictive drug there is.

Coke addiction is in your head

I would say these are both true. The effects of cocaine just aren't bell-ringing enough (get the joke?) to really produce a dependence until you've IV'd it.

It's too much fleeting euphoria to really be like ABUSE ME unless you have lots of cash to spend at the beginning...

Well with coke you either hate the way it makes you feel.....Or your a meth addict that can't get meth but can get coke and want more and more....Anything can be willed to stop. Any drug. You just have to make you mind up. Whats more importent. Your health in my case or the high?

Yes it can be. I know many people who thought that they could use cocaine socially or on weekends just snorting it, and they very quickly became addicted to it. But this was in an area where at the time there was a lot of coke, it was cheap, and if someone wanted it they could easily get it.

Eh, I dunno , I dont think its exaggerated. Theres plenty of people addicted to the shit. Guess it really comes down to the type of user you are. I can see how its addicting, it dont last long n when its gone you immediately want more...I jus could never see myself getting addicted to it, used it plenty of times, but no desire to seek it out every single day. I feel like Ive burnt myself out on stimulants, from all the adderall I used to eat, now it just makes me feel like shit. And now Im addicted to dope, more of a downer guy now lol.

I type this, as Im smokin some crack, lmao! Its a nice lil treat every once inna while haha...

I think everything about cocaine is exaggerated. I can afford all the good coke I want, but can honestly say I don't like that much as stims go. Too short acting, comedown is too nasty, too hypertensive, not very focusing. I'll take meth any day.

I don't know guys....I've never had a problem with calling it a night. It's all about moderation I think. When I was a teen I would get so high I would be blurry eyed. It took only a few times to moderate how high I got because I realized that a moderate high has less addictive and 'want more' effects were less. As I got older I just did enough to have fun and continued on with whatever I was doing that night. I can have leftovers for another day. And can wait weeks before touching anything. I think making it available to yourself might cause an addiction. Repeated uses close together. Like hanging around people that always use...becomes a habit. Then addiction starts. Cocaine i think can be more addictive than meth because the effects last less. Smoking meth, just a little, lasts like 12 hours and the come down is gradual, pretty much nothing to me. Cocaine hits you hard and then an hour later out of nowhere you get the drop inside, causing to snort another fatty.
But...I can say it's easier to mask a comedown with cocaine than with meth. With cocaine a few drinks and a joint can take it all away. With meth, I can smoke a whole eight sack and drink a fifth and still be all speedy.

My mom is a crackhead and my dad was a tweaker for 15 years. During my childhood and shit. They're both way addictive, and trust me, I know better than probably anyone on this forum what both drugs will do to people if you don't have them on lock, at least from an outside perspective.

I never touched either of them till I even turned 30, both more out of boredom than anything. I just don't make them a habit. To hell with that mess.

People will fuck themselves up on meth, but for acting absolutely crazy, selling your poon on the corner, running into the store and running out with a basketful of shit to bring to your dealer, crack absolutely owns peoples minds more than any drug I've ever seen, and I was a bad heroin addict.
