so I snorted a 1 mg xanax and took one temazepam. I'm doing this because I have trouble sleeping and want to go to bed soon. will I be OK? not sure the mg of temaz but it was green and white and I believe it said r 107 or something like that.

You'll be fine just don't take any other cns depressants.
