It is easy to make amphetamine from PhenylPropanolamine, which is present in my prescription allergy pills, It used to be OTC in the past , but was taken off the OTC maket completely due to heart problems with people using it for diet pills, the old DexaTrim pills contained PPA , but idiots would get a belly full of the pills and go and do too much exercise and not eat properly and so they got some heart issues , and it was pulled from the OTC market..PPA is now found in a few prescription drugs for allergies, and like pseudoephedrine reduces to methamphetamine , PPA reduces to amphetamine , although most people who make meth using PPA, and their are not many anymore, have to further take the amphetamine that is made and Methylate it with another chemical reaction to get methamphetamine.
I have persoanlly for the hell of it to experiment basicly, used some of the PPA(phenlypropanolamine) pills I am prescribed to and made a few grams of amphetamine sulfate, which was ok, but certainly not anywhere as potent as meth, and I did not have acces to the chemicals needed to Methylate the ampehtamine into methamphetamine, which if I had made a lot of amphetamine sulfate I would have obtained becasue meth gets a much higher price than plain amphetamine sulfate, even though I had a 90% pure yield of amphetamine, it was still not as good as meth of lesser puirty IMO..
