If a person puts cocaine powder (the salt form) on marijuana or tobacco and smokes it, would that be considered smoking crack? I know crack (freebase cocaine) is made the way it is because it's more efficiently smoked than cocaine. It is the same substance though, any thoughts? Thanks

No smoking cocaine hcl is nothing like smoking crack or freebase. In fact if you smoke powder cocaine most of it is wasted (burnt). This is why it has to be converted to use the smoking ROA.

In short no, smoking cocaine powder is not the same as smoking crack.

^Agree

I've seen people suck lines of powder into menthol cigarettes and pass them around....About the only thing it does is make your cigarette burn weird

I think people get effects from there smoked cocaine because a lot of it is cut with baking soda, combine that with average humidity and surely a little bit of it is going to be freebase. Anything that isn't freebased though is just getting wasted. I used to get soda cut coke and before starting a session i just dropped a line into a spoon with a couple drops of water, then i sucked that up into a cigarette, completely soaking the cigarette to later be placed on a fan and smoked when the powder was almost gone or the cig had dried. In theory this made a freebase cocaine cigarette, and it definitely worked just as well as straight rock, and way better than smoking the powder on the tip or whatever, which barely did anything.
