This is a recurring pattern on this site which frustrates me to no end. Someone will come on and ask about the risks involved in some questionable drug-taking practice, they will be informed that those risks are considerable, and then they will try and justify doing it anyway. You have been informed of the risks, and you can find out more information (Google "central line infection" or similar), but the bottom line is, you now know that this is a bad idea.
If you choose to do it anyway, you will most likely wind up with an infected central line, endocarditis, thromoembolic diseases, and worse. All on top of whatever severe medical condition bought you the PICC line in the first place. And when you are laid up in the hospital with these complications, the doctors and nurses will call you a stupid fucking junkie behind your back.
And they will be correct.
It is asinine people like you who give a bad name to drug users, because you act out of wanton disregard for basic safety driven by a total lack of self control and willful ignorance as to the most basic practices which will safeguard your health.
Do as you see fit.
Goodnight.
