say i have access to heroin that is supposedly 94% pure, but it is brown in colour. does that mean the source is lying? its just that i heard that only white heroin is the pure form and the brown colour comes from it being cut down, but i really dont know. ive also heard this is heroin number 3 and it is not water soluble and cant be snorted. is it true that heroin number 4 is better?
