I occationly binge on benzos. I need to take so many & they barely do anything even for example 75mg of diazepam only makes me feel a little calmer.
I know benzos like diaz & temaz are have mild taste but is this really an indiction that it's not bad for ya liver/kidneys?
Has there been any studies done or anything?
Ive got a feeling that they're pretty harmless drugs apart from addiction itself.

Taste has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with whether something is bad for your liver or kidneys! :D

They are pretty physically benign, yes. While I can't advocate popping a load of benzos all in one go (look at Tripman's posts now ffs hehe) they are not toxic to your liver, kidneys or other internal organs (unless you take ridiculous doses). The main dangers are of course addiction, overdose (mostly combined with another CNS depressant; temazepam is one of the exceptions and is more likely to be toxic on it's own than most other benzos), cognitive effects from long-term use and.. injuries sustained while blacking out following a benzo binge.

Take a look on PubMed or Google Scholar if you want to find any papers :)

When you say "occasionally" then say 75mgs of Diaz hardly touches the sides, I wonder if keeping a little drug diary for a month might make you re-think that "occasionally" bit ? I tend to you yo on and off Diaz and get into large doese like that but id I haven't used for a month 75mgs would knock me out although YMMV

was gonna write a big long post but these guys have already covered it. You should be much more worried about withdrawals than any organ damage. How often do you use it, could you describe? Keeping a diary as atm said is a good idea, because benzo addiction can really sneak up on you without noticing, and it has some of the worst withdrawals of any drug.

They might mess with your memory a bit, and make you slower cognitively but if you aren't dosing them often they shouldn't really be hurting your liver. If your dosing like once a month you should be in the clear but benzos can definitely do some harm with frequent use.

I can tell you, speaking as someone that took from 2-30mg xanax a day with around 100mg valium for nearly 2 years... My liver and kidneys are in perfect working order.

It's working vastly better than it was several hours ago.. hehe :D
