I noticed that my coke zero can (I think all soda/diet soda) has in bold "Contains a Source of Phenylalanine" n was like "why that in bold?"
From what I can find online most stuff is just talking about being an essential amino acid....but there are also studies that say it excites brain cells to the point of death.
Oh, asking because I drink like 8-12 cans a day.
