I am leaving for rehab tomorrow because my life is officially shit. My car is rotting in the driveway, I havent worked in 4 years, i havent gotten layed or been able to function is 6 years, and im rotting in my parents basement.

Anyway, i got my hands on 2 Opana ER 40mg, and 2 Opana IR 10mg, along with a couple .5mg Xanax. I plan to do some popping and tooting, but ive never tryed oxymorphone before. In my experience with my DOT, oxycodone, the effects of 60mg tooted only last about 20 minutes. Can i expect a little bit longer of a buzz off these Opanas? Thanks

Oxycodone has a half life of 3-4.5 hours when taken orally, while oxymorphone has a half life of about 7-9 hours when taken orally. Now, each individual reacts to drugs differently, but it is reasonable to extrapolate from the oral half lives that insufflated oxymorphone will last longer than insufflated oxycodone, maybe even twice as long.

Yeah oxymorphone is more relaxing and less energetic that oxycodone. And much more euphoric IMO. More like a nice drowsy high, somewhat more similar in effects and duration to heroin or morphine.

With your tolerence I'd sniff the 10mg IR in two lines a few minutes apart to see how it effects you and gage your tolerance and go from there. Be careful with the xanax, all that combined at once and you might stop breathing depending on your tolerance.

Best of luck on rehab.
