If you check PD there are probably 5000 posts on how many hits of acid one should take for a first time. The reality is this question can not be answered satisfactorily because unless you really know for sure how many micrograms are on your hits it is a gamble.
That makes the question of how many hits a gambling calculation: the chance of having 400 microgram hits is very low but it is possible. If you start with one or two of those you will have a trip never to forget that can turn out horribly. On the other hand there is also a chance that they are very weak and that even 2 hits won't cut it.
For the pure reason that having an underwhelming trip is something you can handle but having an overwhelming one for your very first time is something you can't take back, assume that 1 hit carries enough LSD to not want to risk taking more.
Look at the chart again, realize the real chance that the trip will not be stellar... but then also realize that there is always a next time and you then know how strong they are and how many hits will take you as far as you want to go.
