Is my arm ever going to heal from IV'ing?

I just wanted to know what it was and if it'd heal. As you can see, I never asked what I should do with it.

I also wanted to know how I could tell if my veins are collapsed. Does it get darker or what? I'm sure some junkies out there could tell me...

I was watching this program on TV with cancer patients. These were people in their 20's though which was why this was a 'special' program. They were given LOADS of toxic chemo drugs IV. The 27 y/o was showing the 17 y/o his collapsed vein. He kept explaining that his veins felt 'hard' like wire in places where they had collapsed.

collapse veins (are very thin and sometimes draw deeper into the tissues) they "disappear" until they heal and return, or sometimes never at all. a collapsed vein will not work for injection. you will receive no register or return of blood upon hitting the vein.
