I've been smoking methamphetamine pretty regularly lately. I smoked some today, and then went with my friend to get what she said was just a pain pill, which was methadone. I've been in a lot of pain, plus I have chronic pains, I usually get oxy's or tabs but I couldn't find any tonight. I ended up drinking 15mgs of it, and it was my first time using it. Afterwards she told me it was synthetic heroin and used for withdrawals. Basically that it was like suboxone but you get more of a high. Ever since I have taken it, I don't feel right. I'm extremely dizzy and light-headed. My whole entire body is itching. I feel drowsy and nauseous, and keep having weird tingling sensations in my face. I've been wanting to smoke another bowl but if it's like suboxone I was wondering if it would be safe to? Or if I'd even be able to feel the affects?

I was also wondering how I can come down off of the methadone, I hate this feeling and can't stand it. I regret ever taking it to begin. I've tried eating, laying down, smoking some weed.... nothing's working! and I can't sleep probably because of the methamphetamine part.. I just don't know.. HELP???8(

methadone is not something to engage in unless you are prepared to suffer the consequences
in all honesty there really is nothing you can do except ride it out well not anything readily available to the public but the ER will have something to reverse the effects of it
again after replying to your other post head to the ER they will not call law enforcement if you are scared about that
hospitals have a patient confidentiality agreement
unless you got shot or something then yeah they will call law enforcement
but in your situation youll be ok just dont leave out any type of info
and if you cant pay for whatever reason you dont have insurance or any type of finds many hospitals will take care of you reguardless you will get a huge bill
but hey owing money or end up with a toe tag im sure its a no brainer
good luck

I just rode it out.. and yes my biggest fear is the fact that I feel all my issues are coming from drug use. I'm usually very very private about my use, and not many people know I even do anything besides smoke a little weed. I have insurance, it's just I don't want my records to show drug use.. and i'm also very embarrassed and ashamed to even say out loud I still smoke. it's really not so much law enforcement I worry about, it's just my record. I use as self-medication for pain, depression, and anxiety. i'm trying to find legal medication prescribed by a doctor that actually works.. and I don't want them to assume i'm automatically an addict and not give me the medicine that's truly going to help.. I've quit many times before. I had quit for over 5 years on my own, up until I was placed in the hospital by my husband basically put on my death bed.. and the only reason I've continued is because the doctors are willing to help me so far. they continue to say i'm fine, I look great, but i'm in constant severe pain, and the mental issues is a whole other issue. I just know I will never touch methadone again. I still don't feel right and it's been over 24 hours.. I would not recommend it for anyone!

I said in my last post I quit smoking meth over a week ago, which I did, but after a week of it still continuing last night was my going crazy have to do something effort. now, i'm thinking you are very right and I need to go to the emergency room or see a doctor ASAP instead of continuing to self-medicate. Thank you for responding
