Is it wasteful to do H while already on loperamide?

Ok so earlier today I was kind of hurting so I took 48mg lope for W/D (first time trying this, yes I know it was stupid so please don't flame me) but now I can get my hands on some dope. I've read somewhere that lope is very competitive for opioid receptors but my knowledge of this is limited.

Would it be a waste to use heroin while already on lope?

All I can say, is that as Opioids, Loperamide (Immodium) and Heroin/Morphine are going to be cross-tolerant to a certain extent.
