I was wondering how people say if you smoke the resin that accumulates in your stem, you get completely wrecked.. but I don't understand how that can be, because isn't the resin in the stem pretty much burnt out crappy goo? I would doubt it would have any THC in it because it's already been smoked.
So is it true that if you do dry the shit out and mix it with some weed and smoke it, do you get more wasted?

resin most certainly does get you high. If you can scrape up a nice little amount of it out of your bowl, stem whateva you can just smoke it straight, you don't need to mix it with weed at all. I've had many days when I was fiending to smoke and had no bud, Scraped up my pipe got a nice little gooey ball of resin.....BAM high as a kite. Try it

the way i see it is the resin is more concentraded then the weed cuase resin is liek all the thc and w/e burns put togethter while the acctaully bud has shit that doesnt getu high in it too and just burns up

sorry for the CAPS. the resin will get you high, but its not going to get you anymore higher than the regular weed, as far as my experinces go.

It works...it is called Hobo Hash by some.
If you have a good chunk you can drop it into a tablespoon or two of ethanol or naphtha, strain, and dehydrate to produce a slightly cleaner product to sprinkle here and there. It is a lot of gooey mess for a rather lame product though. If I had to make a guess I would say it is about 1/2 to 1/4 the potency of the bud that produced it. (probably less). But it is a lot more potent than no weed. Now…..are you talking about a down stem in a bong? The crap that accumulates/sits in bong water is nasty toxic waste material. If you are going to smoke resin get it from the bowl piece, or a pipe. I am not saying the downstem tar wont work…..but it is just plain nasty and wont burn very well.

Ok we all know resin gets you high so this is what i do:
First I take a sewing needle or something that is small and thin, and then scrape all the resin out. Next i put all this resin in a pile, roll it into a ball with my fingers and smoke it. Believe me it gets you HIGH.

I think the buzz you get from smoking resin is kind of lame, but when my stash is finished i usually scrape my pipe, and if theres enough resin in it i smoke it. I also always get a headache when i smoke it.
